Subscriber Terms for The Marinov Report
Uniform Rate & Equal Access: Subscriber acknowledges that the subscription fee paid is a standardized, flat-fee annual membership rate applied uniformly to all institutions within Subscriber’s respective collegiate division. No custom discounts, individual promotions, or variable pricing models are offered or permitted.
Standardized & Uniform Information Distribution: Subscriber agrees that this subscription grants access solely to a pre-existing, standardized digital media publication and electronic database. All scouting profiles, athletic evaluations, academic data, and video analyses are made available to all active subscribers at identical times.
Absolute Prohibition on Customized or Bespoke Reporting: In compliance with NCAA ECAG rules, The Marinov Report does not provide customized, oral, written, or electronic tracking or reporting on specific individual prospects at the request of individual subscribers. The Marinov Report will not perform "scouting assignments" or create bespoke informational profiles for individual subscriber programs.
Permitted Communication Boundaries: Any communication between Subscriber and the staff of The Marinov Report must be strictly limited to clarifying existing, uniformly published data points within the service. Subscriber will not request, and The Marinov Report will not provide, confidential or private evaluation information regarding any prospect outside of the uniformly published updates.
No Success-Based or Contingent Placement Fees: Subscriber certifies that no part of the paid subscription fee is tied to, contingent upon, or structured around the successful recruitment, enrollment, or athletic placement of any specific prospect at Subscriber's institution.
Content Frequency & Delivery Schedule: Subscriber acknowledges that this service updates its recruiting database and distributes standardized analytical profiles a minimum of four (4) times per calendar year, plus updates on live database weekly, monthly aligning with seasonal evaluation periods.
Non-Transferability & Intellectual Property: Access credentials to the password-protected Subscriber Portal are strictly restricted to authorized athletic department staff members of the purchasing institution. Sharing log-in credentials, copying database material, or redistributing proprietary scouting reports to non-subscribers, third parties, or high school coaching staffs is strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate termination of service without refund.
